Information we collect
- Information you give us directly: when you submit our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, the service you're enquiring about, and any message you include.
- Information collected automatically: like most websites, we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which collect data such as your approximate location, device and browser type, pages visited, and how you interact with the site.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you've asked about.
- To understand how visitors use this website, so we can improve it.
- To meet our own legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes beyond what's described here without asking you first.
Third-party services
We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand website traffic. These services may set cookies and process data on servers outside South Africa. See our Cookie Policy for details on what's used and how to control it. Google's own privacy practices are governed by Google's privacy policy, not this one.
How long we keep your information
We keep contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and meet any legal or record-keeping requirements, after which it's deleted. VERIFY: confirm a specific retention period if you have one in mind
Your rights under POPIA
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act, you have the right to:
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or update information that's inaccurate or outdated.
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal obligation we may have to keep it.
- Object to how we're processing your information.
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe we've handled your information incorrectly.
