Immigration Accountant in South Africa
We handle the financial side of investing in South Africa: every financial document, certificate, or report your investment or business visa process requires. We do not handle the visa application itself; that stays with your immigration attorney or consultant, and we work alongside them.
What we do
- Factual Findings Reports (ISRS 4400): the independent agreed-upon-procedures certificate confirming your available investment capital, required for the Business Visa capital route.
- Financial statements and projections: prepared for submission as part of a DTIC Business Visa Recommendation application.
- Source of funds documentation: demonstrating and documenting where investment capital comes from.
- Financial due diligence for investment: reviewing or preparing financial information on an existing South African business you're investing in.
- Any other financial document your investment process requires: if it's financial, we can help; if you're not sure whether we cover it, ask us.
What we don't do
We are not immigration attorneys or consultants, and we don't handle the visa application itself: the DHA forms, the submission, or liaising with Home Affairs on your behalf. If you don't already have an immigration attorney or consultant, we're happy to work alongside whoever you choose; we just handle the financial documentation, not the legal process.
